Reminder, Grizzly Bear meeting tonight at Sultan High School, 6 pm. This is more than just about bears. What’s the management plan? Same as the wolf introduction and management? Will our favorite riding areas be closed, as to not disturb the restoration of the bears? Will road access be closed? These are just a few of the concerns being discussed at this meeting. The Darrington Meeting had close to 300 people. Sultan needs to have this strong of a turn out. Can’t make the meeting? Let your state Representative know how you feel. Need to respond quickly as there is a response deadline.
The public open houses will be held from 6-8 p.m. at the following locations:
Cle Elum – February 13 at the Putnam Centennial Center
Cashmere – February 14 at the Riverside Center
